You see lot of website scroll to top widget you can see similar button on my blog. you also add this widget on your blogger or website.It is very simple widgets.

Adding this widget on your blog.

Follow these steps.

• Copy The Script
• Paste it on Word or Notepad
• Now change the "your image url here"
• Choose your button and right click 
• Copy the image location 
• Delete your image url here from Word or Notepad
• paste your favorite button copy link location 
• Copy your complete code  from Word or Notepad
• Now go to Layout Add Page Element
• Choose Html java script add button 
• Paste the script and save change
• Drag your html java script to bottom of the Template
• You see arrow button below (Click go to up) You done It.

It improves blogger navigation system. user easily go up and down.Your blog look flexible.
